Requirements

  • First experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales.
  • Previous experience in inbound and/or outbound lead generation.
  • Fluent German and English proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Generate business opportunities from high-potential accounts.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads for Account Executives.
  • Pitch the product and evangelize collaborative learning.
  • Detect customer pain points and understand prospect context.
  • Manage and prioritize the leads pipeline and forecast performance.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality.
  • Contribute as a subject-matter expert and assist in team onboarding.
