Requirements
- First experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales.
- Previous experience in inbound and/or outbound lead generation.
- Fluent German and English proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities from high-potential accounts.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads for Account Executives.
- Pitch the product and evangelize collaborative learning.
- Detect customer pain points and understand prospect context.
- Manage and prioritize the leads pipeline and forecast performance.
- Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality.
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert and assist in team onboarding.
