Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Familiarity with lightweight editing tools like CapCut or Canva Pro.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Demonstrated ability to produce performance-driven ad creative.
- Experience in mentorship or creative review.
- Strong communication skills for a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content including colour grading and sound design.
- Design thumbnails, social graphics, and digital banners maintaining brand consistency.
- Produce motion graphics and animated text using After Effects.
- Maintain brand guidelines across both video and static assets.
- Collaborate with paid media teams on creative iterations for testing and scaling.
- Mentor and review work of junior designers and editors.
- Develop repeatable project workflows and template systems.
