Requirements
- Kubernetes administration, networking, and autoscaling.
- Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, and GitOps.
- Hands-on CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
- Scripting proficiency in Python or Bash.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager, and OpenTelemetry.
- AWS and/or GCP experience in hybrid/on-prem environments.
- IaC experience (Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack).
- DevSecOps tooling experience (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, container scanning).
- Understanding of disaster recovery fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage Kubernetes clusters (performance tuning, security, observability, upgrades).
- Automate CI/CD pipelines for delivery, deployments, and rollbacks.
- Maintain the monitoring and observability stack (dashboards, alerts, SLOs, logging).
- Oversee hybrid infrastructure across on-prem and AWS/GCP with IaC.
- Implement security measures including image scanning, secret management, and patching.
- Reduce operational toil through scripting and automation.
- Collaborate with development teams on architecture, code reviews, and service onboarding.
