Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of sales and/or account management experience.
- Experience in product/service development principles and strategies.
- Experience in new market strategy, including assessment and sizing.
- Proven experience conducting cold outreach and moving prospects through a sales pipeline.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Strong research skills and business acumen.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong English language skills.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and project management skills.
- Results-driven and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Present and articulate conceptual solutions to senior stakeholders to identify value.
- Prospect, identify and qualify new business opportunities and pipelines.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue growth strategy.
- Manage a consultative sales cycle from discovery through close.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, teleconference, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate on prioritized projects and value proposition development.
- Work cross-functionally to turn conceptual solutions into successful partnerships.
- Build business cases and promote the value of climate projects.
- Serve as the conduit for deal structures, pricing, and implementation plans.
- Prepare proposals and engage in negotiations for partnership opportunities.
