Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands
  • Track record of profitably scaling ad spend (£30k+ monthly)
  • Strong grasp of unit economics: CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin
  • Experience developing creative briefs and working with creative teams
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator who can explain performance and strategy to non-marketers

Responsibilities

  • Full management of Meta Ads, from campaign builds to daily optimisation and scaling
  • Testing new platforms including TikTok, Google, and YouTube
  • Creative strategy and briefing, working with designers and video editors to produce scroll-stopping ads
  • Landing page and funnel optimisation to improve conversion rates
  • Budget allocation and forecasting across channels
  • Weekly reporting on performance, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Building scalable processes and systems as we grow the marketing function
