Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands
- Track record of profitably scaling ad spend (£30k+ monthly)
- Strong grasp of unit economics: CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin
- Experience developing creative briefs and working with creative teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator who can explain performance and strategy to non-marketers
Responsibilities
- Full management of Meta Ads, from campaign builds to daily optimisation and scaling
- Testing new platforms including TikTok, Google, and YouTube
- Creative strategy and briefing, working with designers and video editors to produce scroll-stopping ads
- Landing page and funnel optimisation to improve conversion rates
- Budget allocation and forecasting across channels
- Weekly reporting on performance, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Building scalable processes and systems as we grow the marketing function
