Requirements
- 5-10 years as a Software Engineer or Application Developer.
- Experience in the Retail industry.
- Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM.
- Experience with UKG Boomi integrations.
- Experience with Kronos Workforce Integrations Manager (WIM) and UKG Pro.
- 3+ years in UKG Workforce Management/Center, Time & Attendance, and Schedule Optimization.
- 3+ years of SaaS/Cloud practices.
- 2+ years in middleware technologies (Boomi, Apigee, MOVEit).
- 2+ years with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB).
- 2+ years with Agile and DevOps tools (Git, GitLab, SonarQube, JIRA, Confluence).
- 3+ years of experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
Responsibilities
- Write efficient code and assist with troubleshooting and debugging.
- Modernize back of store systems through development and testing.
- Collaborate with solution, product, and engineering teams on design and deployment.
- Contribute to the technology roadmap and evaluate new solutions.
- Adhere to security and performance compliance standards.
- Develop collaborative relationships within and outside the IT organization.
- Drive continuous process and operational improvements.
