Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT or equivalent certifications.
  • Proficiency in End-User Service and Support.
  • Experience with MS Win10 and Mac OS.
  • Experience with cloud-based portal management (Google, Office 365).
  • Hardware support experience (Dell, HP, IBM, Lenovo).
  • Customer service delivery skills.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Preferred certifications: Google Admin Cert, A++, CCENT, Network+, Security+.

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone and chat support for internal employees on IT issues.
  • Document support requests in ticketing systems for escalation/transfer.
  • Collaborate with Support II/SME roles on ticket escalation.
  • Manage user accounts, security and distribution groups.
  • Configure email connectivity and application installations.
  • Assist users with mobile devices.
  • Administer internal systems and credential management for third-party vendors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and borrower PII.
