- Demonstration of capability within the Cyberspace IT workforce via DoD 8140 approved industry certification (e.g., A+ or Network+)
- Experience with AWS (EKS, Lambda, RDS)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with SAST/DAST tools
- Experience with Oracle RAC
- Strong understanding of NIST RMF and ATO processes
Responsibilities
- Architecting, leading, and delivering complex, secure, cloud native applications and microservices (AWS GovCloud IL2/IL4/IL5)
- Designing enterprise API contracts and secure data ingestion pipelines to the data lake
- Managing containerized deployments (K8s/EKS), autoscaling, and observability
- Driving DevSecOps practices: CI/CD, SAST/DAST, and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Leading database architecture, backup/DR design, and defining RTO/RPO
- Directing production incident response and post incident reviews
- Providing technical leadership to cross functional teams and defining telemetry/KPIs
- Authoring RMF/ATO artifacts and eMASS inputs
