Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD) with current state license/certification.
- Two years of experience with enteral and parenteral nutrition.
- Board Certification in Nutrition Support (or intent to obtain within 1 year).
- Current CPR certification if patient-facing.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and evaluate clinical programs.
- Intermediate competency with Microsoft Office software.
- Previous home health experience (preferred).
- Sales and marketing experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop nutrition care plans.
- Provide nutrition education and guidance to patients and caregivers.
- Review new enteral and parenteral nutrition orders for clinical appropriateness.
- Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, and account management teams.
- Support sales activity and account relationships within the assigned territory.
- Maintain knowledge of enteral and parenteral products and reimbursement guidelines.
- Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to performance improvement activities.
- Train and orient new staff on nutrition-support processes.
