Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client service or technical support role.
  • 0-2 years of experience using common enterprise software solutions (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work holiday, evening, and weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve issues for clients using department guidelines and timeframes.
  • Interact with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Troubleshoot client issues, including downloading and updating software dependencies and escalating to engineering.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Provide internal feedback to enhance products based on client interactions.
  • Retrieve, respond to, and create cases for client emails within service level windows.
  • Handle inbound calls and create cases within service level windows.
  • Organize ideas and communicate effectively with clients and co-workers.
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to clients.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled internal product training.
