Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical product support, SaaS support, or customer success
  • Experience supporting software, web, or mobile applications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Comfort learning new technologies and workflows
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Jira

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming support requests through Intercom and other support channels
  • Investigate, reproduce, and document reported issues
  • Escalate technical issues to Engineering or Operations
  • Monitor ticket progress to resolution
  • Contribute to Knowledge Base documentation
  • Participate in feature reviews and provide user feedback
  • Analyze support trends to identify improvement opportunities
