Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical product support, SaaS support, or customer success
- Experience supporting software, web, or mobile applications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Comfort learning new technologies and workflows
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Jira
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming support requests through Intercom and other support channels
- Investigate, reproduce, and document reported issues
- Escalate technical issues to Engineering or Operations
- Monitor ticket progress to resolution
- Contribute to Knowledge Base documentation
- Participate in feature reviews and provide user feedback
- Analyze support trends to identify improvement opportunities
