Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in web development or related technical roles
- 2+ years of direct leadership or team management experience
- Strong experience with WordPress, PHP, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, and CDNs
- Experience with cloud-based environments and modern deployment practices (e.g., Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
- Understanding of accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of web developers, contractors, and external partners
- Allocate resources across projects based on skillsets, timelines, and team capacity
- Oversee daily support requests and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate work with external vendors
- Partner with developers to define project scope and technical requirements
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Establish development standards and documentation
- Participate in code reviews and research new technologies
- Collaborate with IT teams on deployments and system maintenance
- Prepare reporting on team output and project status
