Requirements
- Computer Science degree or equivalent technical degree.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, automation engineering, or AI systems.
- Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript with ability to debug independently.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication (OAuth, API keys).
- Proven experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude) in real projects.
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform: n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Strong written English communication for technical documentation.
- Ability to work during client business hours with time zone overlap.
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end automation workflows using Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Connect platforms via REST APIs and webhooks.
- Write scripts in Python or JavaScript for advanced integrations.
- Build AI agents using OpenAI API, Claude API, or similar LLM APIs.
- Design agent logic including memory, decision trees, and context management.
- Integrate AI into business workflows like lead qualification and content generation.
- Implement RAG or memory layers for AI agents.
- Manage system version control via GitHub and maintain documentation.
- Write clear SOPs and train client teams on system maintenance.
