- 3-5 years experience in information systems with client server application experience
- Healthcare environment experience (preferred)
- Meditech experience (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as MCSE or MCSD (desired)
Responsibilities
- Determine testing requirements for new or modified software.
- Design and implement test plans.
- Evaluate existing systems against strategic Informatics plan.
- Provide user support for centralized systems.
- Determine system integration requirements.
- Prepare requirement documents for internal and external development.
- Serve as the primary application support person for assigned modules.
- Coordinate resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor operational impact, user acceptance, and compliance.
- Train IS personnel and act as a resource for technical issues.
