Requirements
- 8-10 years in product management for structured products, dual investment, or on-chain Defi.
- Experience with cryptocurrencies, traditional bank/securities wealth management, or derivatives.
- Proven track record designing or leading successful products from 0 to 1 in crypto or fintech.
- At least 2-4 years of team management experience.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, interest rates, and volatility.
- Highly analytical with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Outstanding communication and project management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for our structured product suite.
- Conduct in-depth research on crypto market trends and competitor movements.
- Design product rules, yield structures, and parameter configurations.
- Translate user needs into detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Work with quant and risk teams to ensure products are priced competitively.
- Develop comprehensive launch plans and promotional campaigns.
- Leverage on-chain and off-chain data to identify growth opportunities.
- Serve as the key interface across internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Risk.
