Requirements

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
- Strong cross-department coordination ability.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for growth indicators and designing user growth activities.
- Design and implement user growth strategies and coordinate channel operation activities.
- Perform creative planning, resource coordination, and落地执行.
- Track data effects and output review reports.
- Build channel/user layered incentive systems and life cycle management mechanisms.
- Design differentiated operation strategies.
- Monitor and analyze user growth data to drive business growth.
- Track industry dynamics, policy changes, and competitor trends in the cryptocurrency market.
