Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product or UX research
- Experience in a fast-paced B2B or B2C startup
- Expertise across both generative and evaluative research methods
- Proven ability to influence shipped products through research
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional relationship building skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance rigor with speed
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the research roadmap in close partnership with Product, Success and Sales
- Lead end-to-end user research efforts across multiple product areas; from generative discovery to evaluative testing
- Lead and execute end-to-end UX and usability testing initiative, translating insights into actionable design and product improvements
- Incorporate best in class UX principles into research and product development processes
- Synthesize and communicate insights in compelling ways that influence product decisions and roadmap prioritization
- Design, scope and execute studies using a mix of methodologies
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and Product Support to identify and prioritize key user pain points
- Advocate for the voice of the creator, shopper and brand throughout the product development process
- Contribute to the evolution of our product development process by establishing frameworks and best practices
- Help level up research understanding across the team through lightweight training and education
