- Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy, mapping key moments and designing campaigns to activate, retain, and re-engage users
- Partner with product, engineering, design, education, customer success, and sales to define user segments and trigger-based journeys
- Ideate and execute multi-channel campaigns with a test-and-learn mindset
- Build and manage automated email flows: onboarding, feature adoption, winback, upsell, referral, etc.
- Establish metrics and KPIs including improvements to activation rate and upsell revenue, continuously monitor performance, and make data-informed adjustments to achieve business outcomes
