Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Visualforce).
3+ years leading Salesforce engineers in a SaaS or consulting environment.
Demonstrated track record managing distributed or offshore teams serving US-based customers.
Deep experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, security model, permissions).
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and data migration.
Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience owning delivery, utilization, and project profitability in a professional services context.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Manage a team of 6-10 Salesforce engineers covering implementation, internal development, and strategic-account work.
Build the operating cadence – standups, code reviews, sprint planning, retros – that keeps a distributed team aligned.
Own end-to-end delivery quality across active implementation projects.
Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, and integration challenges.
Partner with Product and Software Engineering to evaluate build-versus-buy trade-offs.
Embed senior engineers into strategic accounts.
Personally architect and review the highest-complexity Salesforce solutions.
Contribute to deployment, CI/CD, and environment management practices.
