Requirements
- Proven full-stack engineering ability with end-to-end production experience.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered agents.
- Deep familiarity with agentic coding practices, task decomposition, and iterative loops.
- Practical experience with agent evals, tracing, and debugging.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
- Familiarity with agent tooling ecosystems like LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, or Datadog.
- Experience with RAG architectures.
- Experience designing tool APIs for agents.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship agentic applications including chat interfaces and AI workflow tools.
- Leverage agentic coding workflows using tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
- Design agent architectures including tool calling, multi-step orchestration, and state management.
- Build and maintain agent evaluation infrastructure for regression testing.
- Implement production-grade observability for distributed tracing and cost/latency monitoring.
- Manage the full production lifecycle, including rollouts, QA, and incident response.
