Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor protocol team managers and engineers.
- Provide high-level technical guidance for complex protocol-related challenges.
- Manage team planning, reviews, and incident response rhythms.
- Oversee headcount, retention, and team performance.
- Maintain long-term protocol strategy and business alignment.
- Act as a bridge between protocol upgrades/forks and engineering implementation.
- Analyze protocol-level risks and emerging market opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional work between infrastructure and client-facing units.
- Advise leadership on protocol-level business impact.
- Support commercial teams in technical client discussions.
