Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the Ag Industry.
  • Experience developing and executing dealer strategy.
  • Experience managing dealer partners in equipment and subscription sales.
  • Farming knowledge or agronomic experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate software products virtually and in person.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel 30-50%+ on average.
  • Must reside in the specified US States or Canadian Provinces.
  • Superior communication skills in 1-1 and group settings.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and maintain a strong dealer network in the respective region.
  • Drive Territory growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Maintain an active and weekly updated sales funnel.
  • Assist with and oversee the onboarding of newly recruited dealers.
  • Train and equip both new and existing dealers.
  • Work with dealers to sell the value of solutions and set customer expectations.
  • Serve as a connection between dealers and the technology development team.
  • Identify new opportunities and enhanced solutions for the market.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Product, and R&D teams.
