Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience within the Ag Industry.
- Experience developing and executing dealer strategy.
- Experience managing dealer partners in equipment and subscription sales.
- Farming knowledge or agronomic experience.
- Ability to demonstrate software products virtually and in person.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Ability to travel 30-50%+ on average.
- Must reside in the specified US States or Canadian Provinces.
- Superior communication skills in 1-1 and group settings.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and maintain a strong dealer network in the respective region.
- Drive Territory growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Maintain an active and weekly updated sales funnel.
- Assist with and oversee the onboarding of newly recruited dealers.
- Train and equip both new and existing dealers.
- Work with dealers to sell the value of solutions and set customer expectations.
- Serve as a connection between dealers and the technology development team.
- Identify new opportunities and enhanced solutions for the market.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Product, and R&D teams.
