Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing or related roles within B2B SaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience managing programs, projects or people in a marketing capacity.
  • Proven ability to execute customer marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience supporting programs across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, APAC).
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and journey design.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a customer marketing team of 2.
  • Lead and execute customer lifecycle marketing programs spanning onboarding, adoption, education, retention and expansion.
  • Manage customer communications, including newsletters, product announcements, webinars and educational programming.
  • Develop segmentation and journey strategies by persona, region, product/SKU and customer maturity.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product and Product Marketing to design and execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns.
  • Deliver coordinated omni-channel programs for existing customers.
  • Support and scale customer advocacy programs, including references, testimonials, case studies, and reviews.
  • Establish reporting and measurement frameworks for engagement, adoption, retention and expansion campaigns.
