Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted first point of contact for families searching for senior care.
- Handle inbound pre-screened leads while working remotely.
- Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
- Educate families on customized senior care options.
- Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities or home care providers.
- Meet daily production benchmarks for call volume and tour scheduling.
- Complete a 4-week new hire training program.
