Requirements
- Working experience in product or application security (security reviews/threat modelling).
- Proficiency in reading and writing code.
- Experience building security automation and tooling.
- Sound judgement regarding risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with non-security engineers.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks like SOC2 or PCI (nice to have).
- Background in payments, fintech, or regulated domains (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Run security reviews and threat modelling on features and systems.
- Independently plan and deliver security projects from design to rollout.
- Build tooling and automation for faster reviews.
- Coordinate penetration testing and track remediation.
- Support recurring compliance work (SOC2, PCI) including evidence collection.
- Contribute to AppSec roadmap initiatives (AI security, supply chain security, ASPM).
- Conduct proactive threat research and hands-on investigations.
- Work alongside Cloud, Infra, and GRC teams.
