Requirements
- Doctor in pharmacy.
- Eligible to be registered as a Responsible Pharmacist in France.
- Specialization in regulatory affairs and quality.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, specifically in oncology.
- Fluent in both verbal and written French and English.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the French pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record shaping strategy and influencing policy at a senior level.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Guarantee pharmaceutical responsibility as 'exploitant' and 'Responsible Pharmacist'.
- Supervise pharmaceutical operations, manufacturing, distribution, and storage.
- Manage regulatory affairs, including marketing authorization applications and annual filings.
- Implement and maintain the quality system and risk management approach.
- Oversee pharmacovigilance, including adverse event reporting and signal detection.
- Manage promotional material review and medical information processes.
- Lead audits, inspections, and compliance with the French Charter of Promotional Information.
- Direct team recruitment, training, and objective setting.
