- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end People data processes.
- Experience with data hygiene, metric definitions, reporting workflows, and documentation.
- Strong business partnering skills.
- Analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to organize fragmented HR data and define metrics.
- Ability to select and implement analytics platforms and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Unify data from key sources (Personio, Lever, 15Five) into a trusted source of truth.
- Ensure high standards for data quality, documentation, and GDPR compliance.
- Own core People metrics and build leadership dashboards.
- Translate business questions into measurable insights.
- Raise overall data literacy across the organization.
- Turn survey and feedback signals into clear recommended actions.
- Build scalable reporting processes to reduce manual work.
