  • Experience with data hygiene, metric definitions, reporting workflows, and documentation.
  • Strong business partnering skills.
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to organize fragmented HR data and define metrics.
  • Ability to select and implement analytics platforms and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Unify data from key sources (Personio, Lever, 15Five) into a trusted source of truth.
  • Ensure high standards for data quality, documentation, and GDPR compliance.
  • Own core People metrics and build leadership dashboards.
  • Translate business questions into measurable insights.
  • Raise overall data literacy across the organization.
  • Turn survey and feedback signals into clear recommended actions.
  • Build scalable reporting processes to reduce manual work.
