Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in HRBP or People Teams.
- 2-3 years specifically focused on People Analytics.
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end People data processes (data hygiene, metric definitions, reporting).
- Strong business partnering skills.
- Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Tool-agnostic approach to analytics platforms and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Unify data from key sources (Personio, Lever, 15Five) into a trusted source of truth.
- Maintain high standards for data quality, documentation, and GDPR compliance.
- Own core People metrics and build dashboards for leadership.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders to translate business questions into insights.
- Raise overall data literacy across the organization.
- Turn survey and feedback signals into clear recommended actions.
- Build scalable reporting processes that reduce manual work.
