Requirements
- Experience working on digital products as a product designer on a cross-functional delivery team
- Experience working at small or early stage companies
- Some experience in physical product design (studies, industry work, or hobbies)
Responsibilities
- Drive product design for web and support VR and desktop apps where needed
- Work collaboratively with peers in Engineering and Product from scoping and ideation to delivery
- Ensure solved problems are addressed with solutions balancing user experience, visual design, and feasibility
- Continue to iterate on and maintain the web design system
- Act as an evangelist and voice of Design internally
- Share work-in-progress prototypes and design thought processes with the broader team
