Requirements
- 5+ years in a data or software engineering role.
- 5+ years of experience building scalable data products and pipelines.
- 5+ years of advanced SQL optimization and complex ETL/ELT pipeline development.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Snowflake.
- 5+ years of advanced Python programming.
- 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining AWS cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency with Terraform and Docker.
- Deep operational experience with Airflow.
- 3+ years of experience with dbt.
- Familiarity with Fivetran.
- Solid understanding of data governance, PII masking, and security controls.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete solution development lifecycle from requirements to production.
- Build and scale complex data pipelines (ETL/reverse ETL) using Python and Airflow.
- Develop standard and custom data integration patterns.
- Architect and maintain scalable data solutions on AWS and Snowflake.
- Manage Fivetran and custom pipeline operations, ensuring data quality.
- Drive AI adoption in engineering workflows and integrate LLM/AI agents into solutions.
- Implement PII management and governance strategies.
- Lead 3-5 concurrent cross-departmental projects.
- Provide technical and soft-skill mentorship to junior team members.
