Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years in a technical lead or engineering management role with direct reports.
- Proficiency in modern frameworks and languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, or Django.
- Demonstrated ability to be at least 50% hands-on writing, reviewing, and debugging production code.
- Experience owning a domain or service end-to-end.
- Strong track record of mentoring engineers and improving team productivity.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical owner for your domain or service within our Retail Service Cloud.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the technical roadmap.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Architect and implement frameworks that power upcoming projects.
- Modernize and optimize our technology stack by replacing legacy code and services.
- Build and mentor a team of developers.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders.
- Plan and manage sprints, triage tickets, and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
