Requirements
- Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher.
- 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
- Advanced knowledge of Service Portal development, widgets, and UI scripting.
- Experience integrating with external systems via REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs.
- Proven ability to lead development teams.
- Experience with Agile environments and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
- Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Service Portal.
- Create and manage complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts.
- Develop custom widgets and UI components using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Lead integration efforts with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Ensure platform security and data governance policies.
- Mentor and lead a team of developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Work within an Agile framework and document technical architectures.
