Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Control.
- Solid understanding of US taxation, financial reporting, and business operations.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Odoo, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Experience preparing management reports and supporting month-end close processes.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional English proficiency (B2–C1).
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting.
- Coordinate month-end close activities including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of mining revenue.
- Support external audits and tax compliance, including US Sales & Use/B&O Tax.
- Monitor departmental budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Oversee vendor payments and contract management.
- Manage treasury functions, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and scenario modeling.
