Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in operations, analytics, or revenue operations.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make).
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript to build and ship independently.
- Strong understanding of business needs and GTM workflows.
- Outcome-focused mindset oriented toward efficiency and pipeline impact.
- Proactive, scrappy approach to problem-solving in a startup environment.
- Clear communication skills, including ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical teams.
- Strong written and asynchronous communication skills for a remote environment.
- Experience with the core stack: n8n, Claude (Anthropic), Pinecone, Supabase, Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-powered inbound lead triage and routing agents.
- Develop outbound reply automation to handle scalable personalization.
- Build automation for campaign setup to eliminate manual processes.
- Maintain and expand addressable market data for GTM targeting.
- Design human-in-the-loop workflows for AI-assisted operations.
- Co-own and evolve the AI agent infrastructure alongside RevOps.
- Monitor agent quality, token usage, and overall system efficiency.
- Act as an internal AI consultant guiding teams on automation possibilities.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools to accelerate GTM impact.
