Requirements
- 2+ years of experience editing short-form vertical video for social media.
- Proven experience editing paid social ads with a focus on hook-led structure.
- Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro.
- Working knowledge of AI editing tools like Descript, Submagic, or Opus Clip.
- Ability to edit multi-source UGC footage while maintaining authenticity.
- Advanced captioning skills including timing and styling.
- Understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention in short-form content.
- Willingness to learn FDA marketing compliance for regulated health categories.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Edit 12–16 short-form educational videos per month from creator footage.
- Produce 8–15 paid ad variations per month for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Edit UGC submissions into native, authentic-feeling short-form content.
- Use AI tools for auto-captioning, transcript-based editing, and audio cleanup.
- Apply brand standards consistently across all video streams.
- Implement compliance feedback on edits across multiple rounds.
- Maintain organized project files and asset archives.
- Stay current on trends in health and wellness social content.
