Requirements
- 2+ years experience editing short-form vertical social video.
- Demonstrated experience editing paid social ads with a focus on hook-led structure.
- Strong fluency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro.
- Working knowledge of AI editing tools like Descript, Submagic, or Adobe Enhance.
- Strong captioning skills beyond auto-generated output.
- Proven experience cutting UGC to maintain authenticity.
- Willingness to learn FDA marketing compliance basics.
- Portfolio of current work including organic and paid ad examples.
- Professional-level English proficiency.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Edit 12–16 short-form educational videos per month for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Cut 8–15 paid ad variations per month for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Edit UGC submissions into native, authentic short-form content.
- Apply brand standards consistently across all video streams.
- Implement compliance feedback on all cuts and revisions.
- Maintain organized project files and archive of raw and finished assets.
- Use AI tools strategically for captioning, B-roll generation, and voice cleanup.
- Collaborate with social media managers and media buyers on creative testing.
