Requirements
- Strong experience with AWS and Azure
- Strong database operations experience (backup/restore, replication, performance tuning, access management)
- Strong experience with Terraform
- CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab, GitHub)
- Strong experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/Fargate, AKS, EKS)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch)
- Exposure to security tooling (WAF, SIEM, vulnerability management)
- Experience in production operations (incident response, on-call, RCA)
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system design
Responsibilities
- Operate and continuously improve cloud platforms.
- Own day-to-day cloud operations and service reliability.
- Manage regional client and global environment infrastructure.
- Partner with Engineering, Security, and customer teams.
- Coordinate deployments, incidents, and escalations.
- Support multiple SaaS products and environments.
