- 7+ years of senior-level software engineering experience
- Strong programming experience in Go and Python
- Full-stack development experience including React and TypeScript
- Experience designing system integrations, APIs, and SDKs
- Ability to model high-level abstractions
- Experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ownership and technical judgment
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between C2 systems, communications platforms, and related infrastructure
- Build full-stack solutions spanning backend services, APIs, SDKs, and front-end interfaces
- Build and extend open-source SDKs
- Engage with and support the open-source developer community
- Model and design high-level abstractions that enable interoperability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions
- Translate complex customer, program, and technical requirements into architectures
- Mentor engineers and contribute to internal standards
- Own integrations end to end from discovery through deployment
