- Ability to work effectively with fuzzy briefs and tight timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to show business impact through design.
- Experience working in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Unify a fragmented multi-app experience into one coherent product system.
- Build a scalable design system.
- Design complex fleet dashboards and high-pressure driver flows.
- Own design direction and execution for the B2C consumer app.
- Integrate AI tools and methods into design and engineering workflows.
- Lead evidence-based design decisions using usability tests and analytics.
- Mentor existing designers and lead new team hiring.
- Manage Arabic/RTL localization as a core product requirement.
