Requirements

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (required).
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Service and Sales Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools (ETL, Data Loader).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in the design/development/implementation of CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Salesforce including user setups, profile and role management, custom fields, validation rules, flows automation, and custom objects.
  • Document and develop project plans, requirements, and technical documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally with various business teams and other stakeholders.
  • Track and appropriately communicate expectations internally.
  • Support and manage existing applications as well as support third party systems.
  • Document changes for QA testing.
  • Define, model, build, and test new, modified, and custom-built functionality and workflows.
