Requirements
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (required).
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proficiency in Service and Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools (ETL, Data Loader).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the design/development/implementation of CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce including user setups, profile and role management, custom fields, validation rules, flows automation, and custom objects.
- Document and develop project plans, requirements, and technical documentation.
- Work cross-functionally with various business teams and other stakeholders.
- Track and appropriately communicate expectations internally.
- Support and manage existing applications as well as support third party systems.
- Document changes for QA testing.
- Define, model, build, and test new, modified, and custom-built functionality and workflows.
