Requirements

- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Practical experience using AI tools in engineering workflow
- Prior experience working at a US-based small startup
- Ability to operate independently and prioritize under uncertainty
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own and manage AWS infrastructure across all environments
- Write and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Ensure environments are reliable, secure, and cost-efficient
- Design and implement infrastructure changes that support product growth
- Build and maintain deployment pipelines that let engineers ship quickly and safely
- Automate repetitive operational tasks
- Monitor system health, set up alerting, and respond to incidents
- Implement and maintain security best practices
- Own backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness processes
- Actively use AI tools to improve infrastructure workflows
