Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Must be a licensed mental health clinician or healthcare professional with maternal/child health experience.
- Alternatively, must be a certified doula, lactation consultant, childbirth educator, or peer specialist.
- Two years of professional work experience with maternal and child health population.
- Maintain professional liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and internet browsers.
- Ability to manage conflict and tolerate distress.
- Complete and clear a Non–Sensitive Tier II - Moderate Check and Clearance background check.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephonic, text, and chat inquiries.
- Conduct assessments to determine contact nature.
- Provide immediate psychosocial support, evidence-based information, and brief interventions.
- Educate help-seekers about perinatal mental health resources and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in Salesforce.
- Ensure professionalism in a virtual workspace.
- Participate in scheduled meetings, trainings, and development exercises.
