Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Translation and Localization or a life sciences field (Medicine, Biology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research).
- At least 5 years of experience translating medical and clinical research documents.
- In-depth understanding of clinical research processes, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industries.
- Proven ability to handle highly technical and regulated content.
- Proficiency in CAT tools (e.g., Trados, memoQ) and terminology management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex clinical and medical documents into Traditional Chinese (Taiwan).
- Handle clinical research documents such as protocols, IBs, ICFs, and patient materials.
- Manage regulatory documents including SmPCs, PILs, drug labels, and CTD modules.
- Process pharmacovigilance documents like PSURs, DSURs, RMPs, and adverse event reports.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and quality teams.
- Maintain and update glossaries, style guides, and translation memory tools.
