Requirements
- Passion for blockchain and digital assets.
- BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of audit experience.
- Prior experience in core assurance services (audit planning, programs, testing, work papers).
- Knowledge of internal accounting controls, control testing, and professional standards.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Understanding of blockchain technology ecosystem (smart contracts, block explorers, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution and delivery of audit and advisory activities.
- Supervise associate level professionals and delegate engagement responsibilities.
- Communicate and resolve audit matters with engagement manager support.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Research, understand, and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.
- Draft financials and report audit findings.
- Develop, motivate, and mentor associates.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and regulatory frameworks.
- Manage engagements involving multi-jurisdictional reporting and U.S. tax law.
- Advise clients on regulatory changes and risk management.
