- 3+ years of experience in social media management in crypto, tech, or onchain startups.
- Additional experience in either growth marketing, content creation, or community led growth.
- Experience growing or managing crypto communities.
- Strong communicator; ability to write clearly and with personality, adjusting tone to fit different audiences.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to building Base’s social media presence and execute regional content strategies across X, Telegram, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring cultural relevance and resonance while maintaining brand consistency.
- Grow and engage the community: connecting with builders, creators, and traders.
- Monitor sentiment and trends in crypto markets and communities, turning insights into actionable content or campaigns.
- Create and direct content and tailor to multiple social platforms.
