Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in B2B/SaaS/performance marketing with revenue responsibility.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach.
- Proficiency with email funnels and nurture sequences.
- Experience with landing pages and funnel strategy.
- Proficiency with automation platforms like GoHighLevel.
- Proven track record of multi-channel campaigns with clear attribution.
- Strong skills in writing briefs and managing campaign processes.
- Ability to analyze dashboards, UTMs, and funnel data.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Architect and run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, landing pages).
- Own lead flow and attribution from first touch to booked call.
- Align with Sales and leadership on targets and priorities.
- Build a repeatable, scalable system for qualified discovery calls.
- Oversee LinkedIn sequences, GoHighLevel automations, and email campaigns.
- Monitor the entire funnel from visit to client and act on data.
- Lead briefs and SLAs with the Design team.
- Create campaign proposals and performance reports.
- Run A/B tests on hooks, offers, and funnels.
