Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in B2B/SaaS/performance marketing with revenue responsibility.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach.
  • Proficiency with email funnels and nurture sequences.
  • Experience with landing pages and funnel strategy.
  • Proficiency with automation platforms like GoHighLevel.
  • Proven track record of multi-channel campaigns with clear attribution.
  • Strong skills in writing briefs and managing campaign processes.
  • Ability to analyze dashboards, UTMs, and funnel data.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Architect and run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, landing pages).
  • Own lead flow and attribution from first touch to booked call.
  • Align with Sales and leadership on targets and priorities.
  • Build a repeatable, scalable system for qualified discovery calls.
  • Oversee LinkedIn sequences, GoHighLevel automations, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor the entire funnel from visit to client and act on data.
  • Lead briefs and SLAs with the Design team.
  • Create campaign proposals and performance reports.
  • Run A/B tests on hooks, offers, and funnels.
