Requirements
- 9+ years in FP&A and/or restructuring/turnaround in PE-backed industrial/manufacturing environments.
- Deep command of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for complex modeling.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx.
- Manufacturing cost expertise including standard costing and variance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coach talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA or CA certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
Responsibilities
- Stand up and mature the FP&A function at portfolio companies.
- Build multi-year operating and cash flow models.
- Design executive dashboards and plant scorecards.
- Refine standard costing, BOM/routings integrity, and profitability tracking.
- Lead 13-week cash flow forecasting and liquidity modeling.
- Integrate demand, supply, and capacity plans into financial forecasts.
- Build business cases for automation and energy efficiency.
- Develop relationships with portfolio leadership and PE sponsors.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
