- Extensive full stack experience with Python and Javascript/Typescript
- Experience with backend logic, data models, and architecture
- Experience working with structured (SQL) and unstructured (raw text) data
- Strong product instincts and design collaboration skills
- Ability to move fast and independently
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI features
- Collaborate with Product and Design
- Build and refine features from prompt engineering and evals through backend to frontend
- Focus on output quality, accuracy, and speed
- Build automatic interview coaching features
- Develop AI candidate skills matrix
- Implement AI assistant for natural language querying
- Create customizable AI-generated interview summaries
