Requirements
- Deep experience with Android development.
- Strong interest in full-stack work (Java/Kotlin Cloud services, React UIs).
- Proven experience in mobile CI/CD and release engineering.
- Experience with Jenkins and Gradle.
- Self-starter who takes initiative.
- Ability to explain complex technical tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Act as an IC leader, taking ownership over the team’s domain, health, and ongoing efforts.
- Systematically identify the highest ROI problems to solve and build alignment with stakeholders.
- Actively build the team and mentor engineers.
- Deliver rapid, high-quality output, leveraging AI tooling.
- Define metrics to improve system health and reduce ad-hoc toil.
- Partner with the developer community, release manager, and QA to develop DevEx, feature flag strategies, and release workflows.
