- 5+ years of professional experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Leasing, Hospitality Services, or Community Operations.
- Background in Property or Community Association Management, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Sales, Leasing Operations, Concierge & Guest Services, Rental Services, Tenant Relations, or Facilities Coordination.
- Strong understanding of customer service workflows, leasing and sales operations, property management practices, and Indian real estate environments.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic Real Estate and Leasing scenarios in Malayalam or English grounded in Indian operational contexts.
- Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for customer interaction, operational problem-solving, leasing workflows, and sales support tasks.
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, service quality, policy compliance, and operational realism.
- Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting industry best practices across India real estate, leasing, and property operations.
